Settle for good enough
I don't go to gym, I just train bodyweight workout,
I enjoy time and location flexibility, gym cost
I don't need to be 5% body fat, super muscular
I am happy with where I am

but they don't think it is good enough to launch.

GTA 5 was launch at September 2013,
Game developer was previously slated for a Fall 2025 release,

In this case, you want to be a perfectionist,
you can't change much once you launched the game,
expectation from millions of fans.
When to be perfectionist?
Antidote of procrastination
Instead of 1 hour workout, I just do 3 sets (<15 minutes)
50 squats is all you need (<2 minutes)
Instead of 1 hour video, I just record 5 minutes,
that's how I started my Youtube video,
it's been on my mind for years I kept procrastinate about,
I went against perfectionist mindset and recorded it,
the video sucks and it took 3 weeks just to edit the video,
but I have jumped over the walls I created for myself,
however, it's constant work, still have many walls to come
I just run with sneakers when I started,
I did bought running shoes,
but sandals are good enough for me.
