I was fetching my grandma to dialysis for 3 years

I don't think that has anything to do with "fate"

My point is: there are better option for your health,
health advices on internet can be confusing and overwhelming,
I'm not here to tell you what to do,
one-size-fits-all is Bullsh*t,
you need to test it for yourself what work and what doesn't,
one truth is certain,
whatever path you take will be better than default path.
