Arnold Schwarzenegger 1st rules of success is to have a VISION
I had a vision during high school,
I want to train my physique seriously when I go to college.
2018 new year resolutions, it's time...
I made a commitment,
I will train 6 days a week at 2pm,
Push Pull Leg routine,
I later known this method called Implementation Intention
Formula = I will [BEHAVIOR] at [TIME] in [LOCATION]
INTENTION, I like this word
I calculate how much protein I need,
that is equal to 25 eggs a day,
I motivated myself with "your future self will thank you" when feelings of nausea kick in,
obviously the eggs is not sustainable but the routine stick,
it has become part of my identity, it's who I am,
I don't go to gym after graduated, I just do bodyweight workout,
it's fascinating to see your body transform.
Why most friends quit while I still kept the habit?
Habits are the compound interest of self-improvement
Exercise and meal can be perfect habit loop
Enjoy my sugary cocoa drinks as hydration & fuel(reward) during running (exercise)
50 squats(exercise) before or after meal(reward)
